This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions to the Qartify service ("Service") provided by Blockward ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").
Subscriptions to the Service become active only after manual approval and onboarding by the Company. The fourteen (14) day cooling-off period begins on the date the account is approved and the Service is made accessible to You.
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the activation date, whether the subscription is monthly or annual, without providing a reason.
After the expiration of the fourteen (14) day cooling-off period:
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the active billing cycle.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable and will remain active until the end of the paid subscription term.
No refunds will be issued for:
(i) partial use of the Service,
(ii) unused time,
(iii) onboarding completion,
(iv) business performance expectations, customer traffic, or revenue outcomes resulting from the use of the Service.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Company's official support contact. Please include the following information in your refund request:
Your account email address
Subscription type (monthly or annual)
Date of subscription activation
Reason for refund request (optional during the cooling-off period)
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If you paid using a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. For other payment methods, refunds will be processed according to the payment provider's policies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting the Company. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the 14-day cooling-off period.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
